I have. Most of the time it works out well, although I have gotten burned a few times. If I tip nicely, and all she'e going for is a happy ending, I speak up. Most of the girls are acommomadating. They will provide a service that they feel the tip is equal to.

I only pre-tip if I know the girl well...but I'm more paranoid that alot of people I would guess.
