Went here last week. $55 for 30 min massage + table shower. The woman who serviced me was extremely pleasant and makes you very comfortable. Great nature. Very positive and light hearted. HE offered at end. Very well done. Able to touch her as you please. Highly recommend. Tipped $40. Definitely coming back.

Angel was exactly her namesake and more. Very attentive to sore areas and checks if you need more or less strength frequently. Be nice and you'll be serviced well, gave $40 tip and revisiting again. Table shower is very much worth it.

Walk-ins are fine but I'd make the appointment so they can connect you with the call. No protocol, though they may not offer anything until they know you (2 visits max). Likely, you'll get what you want by asking nicely:)
