In Hollywood Fl... a small shopping plaza directly behind Scarletts (right off of I-95) there was a storefront place with a big menu. One of the items was a body scrub but it was in a shower stall. A place called Vouge in Fort Lauderdale on the corner of Andrews and Cypress Creek road across the road from Hooters and adjacent parking lot to where Steak and Ale used to be.
