"3 arrested in Clovis massage parlor investigation"

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- "Three women were arrested on prostitution charges after a Clovis Police Department inspection on Tuesday.

According to the Clovis Police Department, the Planning and Neighborhood Services division conducted inspections of three massage parlors in Clovis following complaints of prostitution occurring at the locations.

Police said they arrested 50-year-old Xia Feng Liu of San Gabriel, 42-year-old Janel Hoover of Corcoran, and 45-year-old Wang Ying of Clovis.

The three businesses -- Oriental Wellness Garden, Lanna Thai Spa, and China Massage -- were also served with notices of suspension and revocation for the massage establishment permits."
