Sign on the wall stated if not satisfied in first 10 minutes a full refund will be provided. Another sign stated no illegal activities will be tolerated. Those signs always make me a little skeptical. Because of low lighting I didn't notice small brown stain at foot of bed/table until I was getting dressed.
