Tina's Darknest is located in downtown Cebu on Pelaez Street. To some people downtown Cebu clubs are "foreigner-unfriendly". It is not so. One thing to considered around this area is to be very careful while barhopping in this area, as there are many unsavory characters roaming the streets especially during late-night/early morning hours. Back to this club. In all is great Bar. For those that don't know the owner Tina, you will know who she is by knowing that she was half owner of The Black Hole and has been in the bar scene for a long time. I think this is the reason why the Black Hole has taken a dip lately. This club is in what was previously the roofed outdoors billiards hall next to McSherry Pension House. It looks like they put up some corrugated metal roofing for walls, added some faux marble flooring and a small stage...voila, bikini bar! They didn't even have to move the bar or the cashier stand. From the previous success Tina had with the Black Hole I hope it continues with this place.
